These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the b89bd Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotional terms, form the entire agreement between you and b89bd regarding your use of this platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional document, the promotional document will prevail in respect of that promotion only.

b89bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, b89bd will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms are written in English and are intended to be understood as written. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

1.1 Governing Language

The authoritative version of these Terms is in English. Any translation provided for convenience is non-binding. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and a translated version, the English text shall prevail.

1.2 Platform Scope

These Terms apply to all services offered by b89bd, including but not limited to: online casino games (slots, live dealer tables, table games, crash games), sports betting markets (cricket BPL, IPL, ICC tournaments, football, kabaddi), promotional bonuses, and all payment-related services conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, represent the complete and final agreement between you and b89bd and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or negotiations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active b89bd account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing b89bd voluntarily and on your own behalf.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a b89bd employee or contractor.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from b89bd under any previous account or username.
• You are not registered on any third-party self-exclusion register that prohibits your participation in online gambling activities.
• You have sufficient legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.

b89bd reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

2.1 Geographic Eligibility

b89bd is designed for players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using b89bd is lawful in your specific location. b89bd makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh, and accessing b89bd from a restricted jurisdiction may result in immediate account closure without return of funds.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on b89bd at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or via a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any bonus funds and pending withdrawals.

2.3 Age Verification Enforcement

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your b89bd wallet in real time for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to be credited during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. b89bd strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment methods. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered b89bd account holder will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. Processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Average 30 minutes; maximum 4 hours
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days (BST banking hours)
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days

4.4 KYC Before Withdrawal

If your account has not yet been fully verified, your withdrawal request will be held in a pending state until all required documents have been submitted and approved. b89bd aims to complete document reviews within 24 hours of submission.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Accounts showing unusual deposit patterns, rapid deposit-and-withdrawal activity without meaningful play, or other indicators of potential money laundering will be suspended and referred for internal investigation. b89bd reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.

4.6 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on b89bd are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). b89bd does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies. There are no foreign exchange fees on any transaction processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

Bonuses and free bets issued by b89bd are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from those bonuses can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry date for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms document, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general rules apply to all b89bd bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device.
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when both are present in your wallet.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement is the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ৳20,000 in eligible bets before any winnings from that bonus become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — game contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's specific terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

b89bd employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, coordinated wagering with other players to guarantee outcomes, low-risk hedging strategies designed to minimise wagering risk while meeting rollover requirements, and any other behaviour that b89bd determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

Where bonus abuse is identified, b89bd reserves the right to void all bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and close the offending account(s) without return of any deposited or bonus funds.

5.4 Seasonal & Tournament Promotions

b89bd runs special promotions timed around major cricket events — BPL T20, IPL, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — as well as cultural occasions including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). Each such promotion carries its own terms document which players must read and accept before participating.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your b89bd account, contact support at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. Bonus balances and free bet credits that have not yet met their wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

8.2 b89bd-Initiated Suspension

b89bd may suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, identity theft, or use of another person's payment method.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Evidence of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Bonus abuse or any form of systematic exploitation of b89bd's promotions.
• Match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in sports betting or casino games.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Suspected money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Breach of any other provision of these Terms.

8.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed by b89bd due to a material breach of these Terms — including fraud, bonus abuse, or provision of false information — b89bd reserves the right to:

• Permanently ban the individual from re-registering on b89bd under any name or device.
• Withhold and forfeit all account balances, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where the balance is directly connected to the breach.
• Reverse any withdrawals made in connection with fraudulent activity.
• Report the matter to relevant financial or law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. b89bd will notify you by email before applying any dormancy policy. Where a dormant account carries a real-money balance, b89bd will make reasonable efforts to return that balance to the account holder's last verified payment method before closing the account.

8.5 Appeals

If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you have the right to appeal by contacting b89bd support at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the suspension or closure notification. b89bd aims to respond to all formal appeals within 5 business days (BST, UTC+6).
